“Executive” Chair Massage

“Head Start” Massage

“Time Out” Table Massage

“Heeling” Foot Therapy

Our Executive Chair Massage is a revitalizing acupressure massage adapted in a specially designed chair, without oil, often in a 15-or 30-minute session. The massage focuses on using the body’s acupressure points of the back, neck, shoulders, arms & hands.

Our Head Start Massage is a soothing and relaxing treatment which incorporates Swedish massage, Indian head, and acupressure techniques on the head, neck, and shoulders that induce a state of calm, peace, and tranquility and promotes high levels of alertness and concentration.

Out Time Out Table Massage uses moderate to deep pressure combinations of both long and kneading strokes. The massage includes the back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands, and head: areas that are usually affected by long hours at a desk. Massage can be used as an effective way to manage stress in the office environment. A combination of Swedish, Thai, and Shiatsu massage techniques are incorporated into our Time Out Table Massage.

Our Healing Foot Therapy is based on the Traditional Thai foot massage using Thai foot sticks to stimulate reflex points and includes a therapeutic massage to the legs and feet. This traditional technique dates back over 2,000 years and is still practiced by Buddhist monks today.

“I suffer from tense shoulders and neck working at a desk all week and only sought help when it reached crisis point. An initial therapeutic massage helped this but the key has been going for short massages more frequently to keep the shoulders relaxed and prevent the pain getting to crisis again. I sometimes think ‘I’ll leave it this week, I’m too busy’ but that’s precisely when you need to do. Just taking half an hour or an hour out of my day to have a massage makes me so much more productive than sitting at the desk getting more and more tense.”
