Please read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy carefully.

  1. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation Policy
    • Appointments must be scheduled in advance through the Weekday Wellness Calendar™.
    • All treatment sessions must start and end on time. If you are going to be late, please email us at info@weekdaywellness.com so that we hold your time slot. We cannot extend sessions beyond the scheduled end time for late arrivals.
    • Appointments can be thirty or sixty minutes, as requested and scheduled in advance. No partial or extended treatments are available.
    • If you must cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least a 2 hour notice.
  2. Payment
    • All sessions must be paid for at the time of your appointment. Valid forms of payment are: cash or voucher/gift certificates. Please present payment at the time of your appointment.
    • No returns or refunds.
    • We do not bill insurance; however, we will provide you with a receipt which you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
  3. Informed Consent
    • Your therapist will present you with a treatment plan so that you can make an informed decision about your session. You have the right to terminate your session at any time and for any reason.
  4. Confidentiality and Records
    • We are committed to protecting your privacy and confidentiality. No information is shared with third parties without your expressed permission, unless required by law.
    • Weekday Wellness® will maintain your intake form and subsequent intake forms for a maximum of 3 months following your last treatment visit, and that if you need these records for an insurance claim, it is your responsibility to request the records before they are shredded.
  5. No Substitute for Medical Care
    • Massage therapy has emerged as a healthcare modality in recent years. Several studies have shown massage therapy to produce therapeutic effects for stress reduction, pain relief, and many ailments. That said, massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment.
  6. Liability Waiver
    • Your massage therapist must be aware of your known medical conditions and physical limitations. You must list all your known medical conditions and medical limitations on the intake form and inform the therapist of any change in your health. The treatment that you receive will be by licensed practitioner as previously arranged.
    • When booking a treatment, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Weekday Wellness® or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether cause by negligence or otherwise.
  7. Onsite Access
    • Companies must provide therapists of Weekday Wellness® access to their premises and suitable space and facilities in which we can deliver the services, including without limit providing access to a restroom.
    • Weekday Wellness® is not responsible for massages not completed due to the recipients not being not being ready or therapists having to travel between cities/offices/floors/buildings etc.
